In the initial phase, it serves as a sales and model unit display area, later transforming into the grand lobby and community amenities. All interior decorations are designed without the need for major modifications, fully embodying the concept of "what you see is what you get" and promoting a green, environmentally friendly, and sustainable development approach.
Amber gold, orange and cyan gray are used as main colors, taking the delicate lines in the misty and rainy scenes of southern Jiangnan and the grid lines of painting screens in Suzhou gardens as inspirations for composition, as well as the stone frames from Shanghai alleys.
The display area is located along the south street frontage with strong identity. Taking traditional painting scrolls as inspiration and utilizing 80 meters of continuous urban landscape wall, the urban interface is recreated; spatially serving as the prelude to the overall garden design of the overall community, the front yard with island and water features in the style of a five-star hotel reception area is with a strong identity effect. The indoor space composed of the reception hall and hall of the physical model for the community, and the backyard covered corridor and mirrored water feature, these four scenes were created as a four-part sequential space.
The architectural style incorporates large glass facades adorned with metal profiles complemented by stone accents at the corners, creating an extended screen-like facade. The main color palette consists of Amber Gold, Orange, and Qingyun Gray. It draws inspiration from the delicate lines of pink walls and black tiles in the misty landscapes of southern China, as well as the segmented lines of screen-like structures in classical Suzhou gardens. By blending urban artistry through color selection and traditional screen painting through modern techniques, it captures the graceful charm of traditional Jiangnan with a contemporary flair.
